Barefoot Soccer Programs

With Bare foot Soccer program, we are able to use football as a means for social change in the lives of at-risk children in Uganda. Through structured football programs children can survive and thrive, one child at a time. With intention we organize good opportunities for play and learning on the grassroot level, in safe environments in Uganda. We also plan to organize football camps for our children which is a fertile ground to reach hundreds of children with the love of Christ and help them be who God intended them to be in their communities.

Our unique Bare Foot Soccer Program uses the universal language of sport to:

• Provide structured physical activity and recreation
• Build teamwork, discipline, and leadership skills
• Create safe spaces for children to play and develop
• Identify and nurture athletic talent
• Teach conflict resolution and fair play
• Integrate life skills lessons through coaching
• Hold community tournaments and holiday Football Camps that build local connections
• This creates ground and an opportunity to extent the love of Christ to hundreds of children in Uganda.
